Biography

Kurt McGuff joined The Worstell Law Firm as an Associate Attorney in February of 2015. Kurt’s primary practice areas are family law, Guardian ad Litem and probate work. His experience encompasses the private and judicial sectors. Before joining the firm, Kurt worked since 2010 for the Jackson County Circuit Court as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Kenneth R. Garrett, III.  He has previously worked for the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office. Kurt earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Secondary Education at Rockhurst University.  He earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. Kurt has been a member of the Missouri Bar since 2010. Kurt’s broad range of experience in both civil and litigation matters and Court experience serve each client of the firm well. Outside of work, Kurt enjoys curling and spending time with his family.
